2/23 Cooking Class「HINAMATSURI & PARTY RECIPES」

Hinamatsuri & party recipes 

Spring is almost here. We have hinamatsuri festival and graduation ceremonies in March and school entrance ceremonies in April in Japan, which means there are a lot of parties and celebrations this time of the year.

Today I learned some recipes which are good for parties and celebrations. 

10 mom-and-baby couples took part in today's class. We learned how to cook together, chatting while some kids were playing. Some moms gave her baby a piggyback (ONBU). Throughout the course, we can give our baby mother's milk or change diapers freely.





I love her class because her recipes are so healthy and easy to cook. All I have to do is just cut ingredients and put them in the pan with the appropriate order, then heat it.(kasane-ni) That's all! 

Also, her recipes doesn't use eggs, milk and white sugar, so you don't worry about allergies.
Without meat and oil, all the dishes were so delicious thanks to Kasane-ni cooking. Not only health-conscious moms but also kids and dads come to like her dishes. And everyone gets healthy.

1.おすしケーキ(sushi cake)

2.かぶのスープ (turnip soup)

3.豆乳グラタン (soy milk gratin)

4.ブロッコリーの酢ぬた 、broccoli sunuta (seaweed and vegetables dressed with vinegared miso)

5.イチゴのスイーツ、strawberry jelly
